Catering, casual dining, and outside beverages are fully welcomed. Champagne and white wine are permitted; however, red wine, dark juices, and staining foods are strictly prohibited to preserve the interior upholstery and deck. This is a 100% smoke-free and vape-free vessel. Guests are requested to wear soft-soled, non-marking boat shoes or go barefoot while onboard.

Security Deposit Amount and Rules
A refundable security deposit holding of $3,500 is required via credit card prior to embarkation. This hold covers potential mechanical misuse, interior damage, or failure to return the boat refueled. The hold will be released within 3 business days following a clean post-charter physical and systems inspection.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the charter date. Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days in advance will receive a 50% refund. Bookings canceled within 7 days of departure are non-refundable, except in cases where the harbor master issues an official small craft advisory or severe weather restriction for New York Harbor.
