159. How to Obtain a Certificate of Inspection (COI)
Passenger vessels carrying more than six passengers must obtain a Certificate of Inspection (COI) from the U.S. Coast Guard.
This process is governed by 46 CFR Subchapter T.

2️⃣ Submit CG-3752 Application for Inspection
3️⃣ Complete stability tests
